Our one-on-one and small group classical Hatha lessons allow for a more intimate view into your practice and more flexibility with your schedule.
An ancient and holistic school of yoga born deep in the mountains of India over 2,000 years ago, your Hatha practice will include breath work (pranayama), physical postures (asana) and meditation to balance your mind, body and soul.
Asanas are practiced more slowly with an emphasis on alignment, therefore Hatha is grounding for the body’s energy & provides an opportunity to release tension in both the body and the mind. An excellent counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
