Whether you are a beginner who is a bit shy about starting a new practice, a student working with an injury or condition or just looking to deepen your existing practice, personal, private yoga instruction is the best way to address your individual goals and work on areas of specific interest. Our one-on-one and small group instruction allows for a more intimate view into your practice and more flexibility with your schedule.
Based on an ancient and holistic school of yoga born deep in the mountains of India over 2,000 years ago, your Hatha, Yin or Yoga Nidra practice will include breath work (pranayama), physical postures (asana) and meditation to balance your mind, body and soul.
Asanas are practiced more slowly with an emphasis on alignment and relaxation, therefore grounding the body’s energy & providing an opportunity to release tension in both the body and the mind. An excellent counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
Intuitive Wellness Coaching
In these incredibly empowering one on one sessions we will discover and explore your strengths, weaknesses and impediments. We are able to address a myriad of topics including but not limited to nutrition & meal prep, physical activity, self care, relationships, career & how to set and acheive life goals. We will identify and release any limiting beliefs and thoughts that may be keeping you stuck in life, allowing you to find the joy and happiness you deserve and to become the human you were always meant to be.
Yoga & Coaching are offered virtually or in person at your location in Nosara, Garza, Sámara or Puerto Carrillo.
