Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the facilities and to have consultation time with your therapist. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration to other spa guests, please switch off mobile phones and respect the non-smoking zone.
Please assist us by informing us of any allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.
We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.
Our spa staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated and can be given in cash directly to your service provider. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from 15-20% gratuity.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life which may cause an unexpected cancellation. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration of our therapist’s time, we have adopted the following policies:
*24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule during that time.
*If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice due to unforeseen circumstances, at least a two hour notice is required or it will be considered a no show appointment and the below no show policy will be effective.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “NO SHOW”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future appointments will be denied until payment is made.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Please note at any given time during your treatment, our therapists have the right to terminate the session if either party is made to feel uncomfortable.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class. Give yourself enough time time to sign in, pay your instructor before class and get settled.
No strong perfumes, colognes, essential oils or strong scented lotions. Your favorite scent may be offensive to other people.
Turn off all electronic devices.
Stay until the end of class. It is important to your health and the energy of the group.
Honor your body. If you experience any pain or discomfort, alert your instructor.
Honor the silence of the shala. Especially during savasana.
Mindfully move around the shala without stepping across other’s mats.
Take some time to clean your mat after practice.
Leave no trace. Dispose of all garbage and return all equipment to it’s place.
