The combination of these two ingredients help to calm acne, balance oily skin, even out skin tone and help to reduce dark spots and even tones down redness due to turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties.

Combine 1 tbsp ground oats (I use my coffee grinder) with a pinch or two of turmeric powder and a few drops of filtered water. Mix to combine and apply liberally to a fresh cleansed and exfoliated face and neck.

  Optional additions

Extra hydration- tsp of aloe or honey
Extra brightening- a squeeze of lemon
Acne formula- 1 tbsp plain yoghurt

Leave mixture on skin for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with cool water and hydrate with a facial lotion or coconut oil.

Can be used 1-2 times per week.
